Basildon Place - Berkshire
2004 - "Pride & Prejudice"
Basildon Place was transformed into Netherfield in the 2005 film adaption of Jane Austens Pride & Prejudice. The film starred Kiera Knightley, Matthew Macfadyen & Donald Sutherland.

Alnwick Castle - Northumberland
Alnwick Castle has been used in many films and TV productions, below is a list of some of them:

1982 - Ivanhoe
Starring Anthony Andrews and James Mason

1979 - The Spaceman and King Arthur
Starring Kenneth More and Jim Dale, and produced by Walt Disney

1971 - Mary Queen of Scots
Starring Vanessa Redgrave and Glenda Jackson, again produced by Hal Wallis

1964 - Becket
Starring Richard Burton and Peter O’Toole, and produced by Hal Wallis
